Rio Band Families,
Three important events this week:
1. Band Boosters (RABB) meetings tomorrow (Tuesday, 1/12) in the band room. 6:00 for the Board and Steering Committee, 7:15 for the General meeting. All parents and students are invited to the general meeting
2. Small Ensemble Night on Wednesday (1/13) at 7pm in the band room. This will be a first! Smamble will be performing music of the World- no American music! French songs, Spanish songs, Nigerian songs, Russian songs, Japanese songs, and many more. Everyone’s invited to check it out.
3. Basketball game on Thursday (1/14). The ‘Gold’ band is on duty for the game this Thursday. Please arrive to the band room by 6pm. As always, any students who cannot attend the game, for any reason must arrange for a substitute player to take their place.
